What players should I pick up to make my team better?

Im going to ume its a public yahoo league. I'd say you need to drop a closer (not joba) and pick up a starter (eveland, redding, or laffey depending on how he picthes in his next couple starts). Grab Votto for one of your OF but you dont need a 1B because Pena isn't bad and Gordon is a good young player who can play 2 pos. You really only need 2 closers on your team so drop one of them for a starter or make a trade for a starter if you can.
