My dad just hit my mom..can i get arrest?

my mom and dad were arguing and i heard he yell real loud and when i came out of my room he was leaving hand she was holding an ice pack to her eye she said she fell but i know its bs.he used to beat her *** when i was too younge to do anything about it and ive gotten arrested like 4 times for protecting myself. my dad had a stoke so they think hes an angel.when he gets home ( his pu***y *** didnt have the ball to face me and took her with him) imma beat the **** outta him for touching my mom.. nowe could i get arrested for domestic violence when im just defending her?
