I'm a vegetarian (I eat a lot of carbs), I've put on a bit of weight recently due to change in towns and job (my last job I was on my feet all day, now I sit for long periods of time). Can anyone give me some ideas for healthy meal options. I also live in a very hot climate in a remote area so exercise is hard to do during the day when the temperature is 45 deg for most of the day. Also any tips on decreasing the amounts of food I eat. Recently engaged and need to be thinner for engagement party in 1 month...hope to lose 7 kg
