President Bush seems to have toned down his rhetoric when the Iranian boats hared U.S. ships, is it China?

The Chinese communist government has told President Bush he must consult with them before he makes anymore moves in the Middle East...is this why President Bush has backed away from confrontation, although the Iranians clearly prevoked the attack? China has told Washington, it will call for the debt payment they are owed by America....over $5 trillion and it wuld collapse the U.S. markets and send America into an instant recession, not seen since 1929! Does China now own the U.S. government and their lobbyists on Capitol Hill there to give orders to Congress and the U.S. President?
