Need help writing a complaint so i can get a refund?

Did you agree to the half price by going back, getting treatment, and paying the half? If not, you have a good case. If you did, it will be harder to get anything. You can, but not like it would be if you rejected any more treatments. You have the proof, but get one more test. Ask the Doctor to approve to double check and skip the second appointment! You just want the test. Ask for a different lab and if you must, check out another lab.. Two confirming hormone levels is a good plus. The place you are going to seems to have little knowledge in hair growth or is just plain dishonest. Earl
