Why would a woman ' run ' from a man after she herself professed to him that he treated her really well?

I think it has to do with how pro-active you are. When you said, hey let's go out for coffee sometime....that's where you stopped. You didn't pick a day and say let's go out for coffee now... You left it for "someday." Someday is a day that will never come if you don't make it happen. I think she "ran" away, because you didn't chase after her enough.
