Why does my lovebird feathers wont grow back?

Ooo... she's plucking. Not too badly, but it's a start. Make sure she gets play time outside of the cage and give her attention. Also, when she's grooming, supervise him on it so that he doesn't pluck away. Leave in toys in the cage and switch them few time during the week. Don't give her stress or anything. hope this helps.
