What are some publishers address' in the UK?

Not too long ago I finished writing quite a short book about a gnome. The thing is though, I've been scanning the internet for days now and I can't find anything useful or they haven't got back to me like Author-house. I think they were put off because I told them I was 11 years old. And that's the other thing, they always are asking me for my occupation or how much I am going to spend on publishing it. I'm looking for a completely free publisher that accept kids. ADDRESSES PLEASE!
