Stupid question maybe but?

Ok lol i was thinking after reading someones question about inducen labor and i said and some other people said Castor oil that gives u cramps and makes u go into labor (somtimes) Well i was wondering i have a bad spasic colon i get cramps like i am going into labor when i am going to the bathroom (hurts like u would not believe) so if i get preg will that cause me to go into pre term labor or lose the baby? Its somthing i live with and cant controll and cant stop it so i know when i get preg i will still have them cramps. does anyone else who has this health problem been preg and threw this?
