Memory card help.....?

I got this memory card off my mate 2 put in my fone by the way its a nokia 6120 or sumfun and theres these music files on the mem card that are 0kb in size. I tryed to deleate the files but it wouldnt let me i tryed formating it and that didnt work i even hooked me fone up 2 my computer i didnt even let me delete em then. Is there anything that i can do to make the mem card useable for my phone. plz help first answer that proves succesful will get best answer
