How come cops cant use this to arrest rappers that had a hustling life?

How come when rappers like 50 cent make movies like get rich and die trying (that are based on there life's) they don't get in trouble for it? Like how come cops cant use it as proof that they committed a crime ? Basically they are telling everyone they committed a crime:/
