[Females] What is the most romantic thing I could sculpt for my girlfriend?

My girlfriend's birthday is in a week and I want to make something for her with my own hands. I am a really good sculptor, and I want to make the most romantic and original thing for her. I have considered a heart or a rose, but she's a bit worth more than something clich�. Any ideas?
