Can I feed my fire belly newts dried bloodworms?

you can buy them at the pet store. Can I put him with goldfish and 1 betta? I would buy a turtle dock or something! The other option is to put him with my frog. It is an aqautic frog. It has to stay in water. Oh, yea can I feed him his food on his turtle dock, so that the fish wouldn't eat his food? Thanks. Please answer all questions!
