The best source of HONEST information on gaining muscle and losing fat?
I'm trying to get back into shape (I'm 30 years old) and I'm trying to gain muscle and lose fat (who isn't?). I know there isn't any silver bullet out there that works for everyone, but I need a little guidance when formulating my plan. Things like, how many calories a day do I eat, or what kind of exercises do i do to train certain muscle groups, or what suppliments to take. Anyone that can give me this information or tell me where I can find it will definitely get my vote for best answer. Thanks.
