Okay..so i hit my head...now what?

okay so it is now thursday, and on tuesday i hit my head on my ceiling in my dorm room because my bed is lofted and the ceiling is low. All i can keep thinking of is when Natasha Richardson died from a head injury. Honestly, when i hit my head, it did not hurt at all, i hit the very top of it, basically the scalp area. i had a headache yesterday morning and a headache all day today for the most part..i dont know if its related to hitting my head or not. i am 5'9'' and almost 16. I currently weigh around 155. My goal is to get to 165-170 by the season. I am eating EAS daily protien and working out M/W/F and going to a speed camp T/Th. Sharp chest pain, indigestion, and fatigue?

For the last 3 days now I have had really bad chest pains, very sharp and only last about 3 seconds and then subsides. I have also had really bad indigestion for about the same amount of time. I have not had any trouble breathing or anything. Just this trouble with indigestion, but no amount of tums seems to help. I have also been really tired lately, I sleep for almost 12 hours a night and sometimes feel like I need a nap during the day as well. Can a school punish students for a legal absence?

On Monday my school had it's "Senior Skip Day" now all students who "skipped" had their parents/guardians call in to make their absence legal. Well my Principal is now saying all students who "skipped" on Monday are having to take zeros for whatever cles they missed which in some cases is causing students to fail a cl that is a graduation requirement. The deal that my principal is setting up is that you have to admit to "skipping" and take a day of in school suspension for the zeros to be erased. Now first the school is making us miss more school and miss lessons plus they are blackmailing us into taking ISS in order to get our grades back despite the fact our parents called in making this perfectly legal. Basically my question is does the school have the right to punish students for a legal absence? This is a public school system in New York state.

Help me devise an alarm system for an unbalanced load in washing machine?

I'm afraid my room mates are going to trash my washing machine. I can't trust them to rearrange a load that is so far off balance that it causes the machine to rock and smell hot. There's really nothing you can do on any of those topics as an undergraduate, so it really doesn't matter where you go for your first degree. Those are grad school topics - MIT is one of the few schools that even offers an undergrad cl in GR. Pretty weird experience. Forget about it and let it go I'd say. Yeah, some people can be pretty rude out there. I have never had this kind of experience though. When I searched for more stories about them, I discovered many people didn't like the sister-in-law's reaction to taking the twins into their care. I saw her reaction as a sign that they bit off more than they could chew. Many people underestimate what it takes to work with most autistic people. I asked questions a few weeks ago about why parents of autistic kids think their kids should be mainstreamed. I definitely understand the advantages of helping them to socialize and I felt sad that Kay & Flo's mother chose to isolate them. I played soccer for the first time since fall on Wednesday. I don't remember if I really stretched out my hamstrings that well. I didn't have any pain that night afterwards or during practice. When I woke up this morning there was a little pain in the middle of the back of my thigh when I would straighten out my right leg. It hurt a little to walk at some times but then didn't at others. It didn't really improve during the day. There is also no noticeable swelling. I am playing in a 24hr soccerfest for fun tournament on Saturday and we are playing at least 6 25 minute games and I'm really hoping it's not a pulled muscle or at least not a badly pulled muscle. Me and my girlfriend have been together since i was 17 and she was 16, both of us were each others first love. Will changing my bed linen less than once every 3 months really cause me any harm?

I live by myself and I sleep on a mattress on the floor where it is nice and dark after working nights. I have not shared my bed with anybody else for years. I know a lot on Yahoo answers say you should chenge your bed linen at least once per week. My plan to do this seems to have got stuck , as I find due to my long working hours I just forget and anyway launderette is costly and takes time. I have checked mine just before dawn and not a sign of any bedbugs. Testicle discomfort on left side. What could be wrong?

For several days now i have had discomfort on the left side of my . It isn't painful, but feels like a bulged vein or pulled muscle. Above the left testicle it is sore to squeeze the veins. They seem kind of lumpy feeling and larger on the left than on the right. I went on some ride at the fair and had minor constipation from their food a couple days before this, but I haven't done anything that physical that would have pulled a muscle. I'm not sure what to do if this doesn't get better. The doctor is too expensive and their suggestions for treatment tend to be even more expensive yet. Any ideas of what the problem might be and what I should do to treat it without seeing a doctor?

my son will be 6 weeks old on thursday. I didnt feed him so i gave him Similac advance and he was on it until he was 4 weeks old, we took him to the dr. and he switched us to similac sensative because he was very fussy and gy. so know im using Similac sensative and ive been using it for a little over a week, but have noticed that he is still gy and fussy. Im using the playtex drop ins bottles,mylocon drops,little tummies gripe water(but i read that it has sodium bicarbonate and in the internet it says that its bad for babies and its not fda approved, so i really dont want to use this product anymore) and i also try burping him every ounce he eats, but with this formula he doesnt want to burp as much or its harder for him to burp. So I dont know what to do should i take him back to the dr. so he could switch his formula again or should i wait to see if he is still getting use to this formula? I really dont want to keep on switching formulas either because i read that it hurts their stomach. how long does it take for a different formula to take effect? and will his gas ever improve as he gets older? have a 3 year old Ragdoll cat,Riley, that I just noticed last night has a sore on his neck. I thought it may have been from my other Persian cat when they were playing but I am not so sure. I use Frontline every month so i don't think it is fleas. Riley had a urininary tract infection so I feed him science diet C/D. I also use feline pine cat litter. I haven't changed his food or litter brand recently. I thought it was a bite from my other cat but what else could it be. The hair is missing from around the wound and it is oozing just a little little bit. Riley is eating and playing as usual.

I just saw Inception yesterday and personally, I think it was amazing. I enjoyed this movie more than Avatar, so that's pretty big. Avatar was only "amazing" because of the intracat details and special effects, Inception is amazing not just because of effects but because the plot is just incredible and it keeps you engaged the whole time, plus the ending was really just awesome (those of you who have seen it will know what I am talking about :D) The cast was absolutely superb and I have no complaints for this movie. For as long as i can remember my dad has always expected more out of me than the rest of my siblings and there is 12 of us all together. We all lived under the same roof until the older ones moved out. Im pretty close to being the middle child being number 5 but my dad has always been harder on me than anyone else. Im not a bad kid, i got good grades in high school and i received a good deal of scholarships for the university im attending this fall but for some reason he never gives me any breaks. I know i have developed an excellent work ethic from this but its frustrating to be the one receiving all this pressure. I am also the only one of his children who can keep up with him intellectually (he's a highly educated minister and is about to complete his dissertation for his doctorate this year) but it still seems like i can never be good enough for him. Dont get me wrong, im DEFINITELY not living to please him but it just gets annoying and aggravating sometimes!!! It makes me want to leave for school even more and never come back. There are a ton of animals in this country that aren't native, grey squirrels, pheasants, muntjac deer but these are just part of the British countryside! It would be difficult to get rid of them entirely, and if you did, you would likely leave a gaping hole in the ecosystem that these animals have filled and replaced other animals that aren't so prolific, like red squirrels.

I found this baseball when going through my late fathers things, i do not know the history on it. All i know is it as an official stamp, says "Official Special League Rubber Center" and it says no. 962. Through research, i found that this model ball was made sometime in the 1960's. I looked at copies of each of the players signatures online, Casey Stengel's is in blue ink and Fred Haney's is a blackish Grey ink. A friend/co-worker who I've know for the past 7 years 3 year old Grand Daughter was killed this last week. I know her daughter in ping, and not really close, but feel this is a time for family. Her death came unexpectedly. Part of me says I should go to be there for my friend, but the other part is just torn. I have 2 grand children a neice and nephew around that same age and think it's just an intimate private time and would not expect my friends to be there, but would rather have time to morn and be close to family. I rips my heart out to think about this happening to my little ones. I also think it's a time for my friend to be there for her daughter and family. She has asked me to come, but I get physically ill thinking about having to see this tiny child be put into the ground. I know she is in a better place now and it's a sign of respect to go. I just can't and not sure how to explain it to her. What do you suggest? I'm really torn.

Sub/Unsubsidized Stafford Loan question?

If a person is "awarded" money through these programs, does the person still need to acutally apply to get them, or does a person just get them. In the award letter, it also says there is an "award" for the PLUS loan, but after applying for that, we were denied it. All I can say is that this will be the case only if immigration continues at the present rate and I am sure that due to the fact the county is already creaking at the seems this surely will not be the case. Looking for response from air traffic controller here...My husband plans to take the AT-SAT and then from what I have read here it is about 5-6 months before he is sent to Oklahoma. My question is do they offer you a job as soon as the training is complete? If not, how long is it? Just trying to figure out what he should do between the training and the actual job. Well, alright this is what i did. One, talk to somebody, Two, ask them something or have conversation to find out how they are. That's the hard part, because i hate people, and consider all unworthy as not my friends, but when you find out someone you think as funny or worthy as a "friend", then try to be nice and talk about anything interesting or just anything. To keep them as friends it takes something. Be considerate and give em stuff and help them when needed. It's true that being yourself is bad, because im bipolar and have trouble controlling urges and cycles. I try to come of as good and honest to friends, i try to help them even if they dont help me, but eventually they do. Be a friend to someone and they'll be a friend, unless they dont like you or are , either case **** them. Good luck, it is kind of hard for people with conditions like me, but i have friends through trying to be friends with them, key word here is "try", nothing works without effort.

What is the opinion of the genral public on potential adoptive parents paying medical expenses?

I guess I have an issue with people paying for babies. I think its sleazy. In theory though, I do not have a problem with a woman who does not want her baby having someone who does pay for the expenses of having a child... its just that it gets to be a kind of slippery slope where its hard to tell the difference. I also feel that if a woman accepts money under the pretense of giving up her child she should repay that money if she changes her mind. In an ideal world no money would change hands in the first place of course, but allowing mothers to keep the money because you think people who are willing to pay expenses to adopt are evil just allows for fraud. For me its like prostitution. If I give you 1000$ to sleep with me, you can change your mind any time up until we actually sleep together, as long as I get my money back. I don't have the right to insist, and you don't have the right to take my money. My offering you the money isn't actually any more low down then you accepting it and the terms to taking it.

Sculpting my chest by weight lifting?

I work out quite a bit. My arms are quite cut and strong but my chest lacks power and appearance and isnt up to par with my arms. When i lift arms and chest i try to focus on the chest but i dont know what does the trick. I do dumbell bench(incline and decline) and flies. I dont know how else to focus on my chest and to make it get bigger. should i widen my grip on bench? Any suggestions?
