Okay..so i hit my head...now what?

okay so it is now thursday, and on tuesday i hit my head on my ceiling in my dorm room because my bed is lofted and the ceiling is low. All i can keep thinking of is when Natasha Richardson died from a head injury. Honestly, when i hit my head, it did not hurt at all, i hit the very top of it, basically the scalp area. i had a headache yesterday morning and a headache all day today for the most part..i dont know if its related to hitting my head or not. This is stressing me out. My mom thinks im fine. My main question is what are your thoughts on it? and how exactly did natasha richardson die? by the way, im 18 years old if that helps. thank you

Please help with weight gain plateau?

i am 5'9'' and almost 16. I currently weigh around 155. My goal is to get to 165-170 by the season. I am eating EAS daily protien and working out M/W/F and going to a speed camp T/Th. Every day ive been running 3 miles. I am getting stronger, but am not putting on weight, actually lost a pound or two. Im eating all the time and drinking water constantly, what can i do to get that extra 10 lbs on before august?
